Based in the Hunter Valley, bespoke music is created for weddings and private events, with the focus always on what suits the day — the people, the setting, and the moments that matter — rather than working to a fixed idea of how things should sound.
Every celebration is different, so the music is approached as a whole rather than a series of separate moments. Time is taken to understand the pace of the day, the space, and the people involved, allowing the music to sit naturally where it needs to — sometimes gently supporting the moment, and at other times stepping forward as the focus when the celebration calls for it.
On the day, the role is to be present and adaptable, responding to what's happening as it unfolds rather than drawing attention to the performance itself. Preparation happens well in advance of the event, so when the day arrives things feel calm, uncomplicated, and easy.
Being based in the Hunter Valley means working regularly across vineyards, private properties, and venues throughout the area and surrounding regions of NSW. Familiarity with these spaces allows for a more flexible approach on the day.
Alongside wedding and event work, there is an ongoing focus on songwriting and recording outside live performance. This broader work informs the way music is approached more generally — encouraging careful listening, adaptability, and sensitivity to how music sits within a moment.
